
Missing home, mom's food, friends, work, radio mirchi, sunday's biriyani, phone calls, messages, get togethers, outing with friends, birthdays, weddings, glass bangles, shopping @ T.Nagar, my dog, my bed, fights with my brother, watching tv with family, hugs from my loved ones, my sarees, train journey, bus journey, long drives, paati's thuvaiyal, idli dosa sambar, mom's muruku, kalkal, rose cookies, samosas, the warmth being at home, gossips with friends, fights for the remote, team outings, team lunch, bike rides, books, flowers......
the list goes on and on and on...............

What makes you remeber all those times? What makes you want to be here when there was a time when you just couldnt wait to fly? In the past, I have confronted this situation very frequently. I too was in a pain and i thought forgetting those memories is the only way out. Later, I realised that creating new memories, as Pushkala said, is the best thing i could do. Involve wholeheartedly in watever you do. Set an aim and try to achieve that. By doing so, you wud constantly strive to achieve that goal and you wud be interested more about your future than about your past. Whenever you achieve your small goals, it fetches you satisfaction and positive metal attitude. It drives the depression away
